The second villain Savitar will make his fully appearance in Ep 6 & 7. The history of Savitar:

His first appearance in the comics was in The Flash issue 108 in 1995, he was Cold War era pilot his plane was hit by lightning and was gifted the power of super speed and a connection to the speed force. He spent many years studying the speed force he then gave himself the Savitar after the Hindu god of motion Savitr. He would later fight other speedsters Max Mercury and Johnny Quick (father of Jessie Quick in the comics). He was flung forward in time to modern era where Wally West was the current Flash, Savitar saw other speedsters as a impurity to the speed force and set out to destroy them all to keep to himself, Wally West defeated him by trapping him in the speed force he would later escape because of the return of Barry Allen who died in 1984 and would in the early 2000's The Flash Rebirth story written by Geoff Johns. Savitar was killed by Barry Allen by accident because of Barry becoming the black flash.
Savitar's powers are the same as The Flash but his faster and even more then Reverse Flash and even Zoom his power are more developed then the flash he can create force fields, he can regenerate himself if his physical hurt and he can transfer speed to other objects and people. He even created his own cult during the Wally West era of The Flash in comics. How of this the tv show will use or add to time will tell but it's gonna be interesting. My guess the origin will be a little different with no use of Max Mercury and especially Johnny Quick.

All am gonna say is the last 20 mins wow and The Flash has met his match compared to all the people his come up against. As a massive fan of the comics seeing what they did tonight was awesome and sets up the next Ep perfectly. As I said a few weeks there are gonna be massive repercussions for his actions during Flashpoint so question is maybe Reverse Flash was right about Flash being the villian. I love the fact they keep pouring on more of the DC Comic villains great stuff Smile

. The ending all am gonna say is wow.
