what will be Andy Murray's decision? I don't think he will play Wimbledon I don't think he has played nearly enough competitive tennis to really put in a decent performance at Sw19 my gut instinct tells me he will give Wimbledon a miss but concentrate on preparations for a serious Flushing Meadows assault.

I think he will play if he feels he can be competive, gone are the days when Andy needs to play Slams at less than 100% healthy
which he did prior to his US Open win

If Andy DOES play he will play assuming all goes well today with practice, he will play on Tuesday against Benoit Paire The Scot beat Paire in straight sets to reach the quarter-finals of Wimbledon last year - his most recent Grand Slam appearance.
If he gets through that then he would face either Canadian 26th seed Denis Shapovalov or another Frenchman, Jeremy Chardy, in the second round.
He could play Argentine fifth seed Juan Martin del Potro in the third round, which I am sure Andy has a good record against and being in the bottom half of the draw means he could face Nadal in possibly the Quarter Finals
