Now i know that the email from WH Smith and the hack was genuine now I can go through the Security procedures to see if my details were taken. This is the second hack I know of that Ive been involved with the first being the TalkTalk one several years ago.
This one at WH Smith comes on the back of Royal Mail's hack recently and I get the feeling cyber crime is probably pretty close to spiralling out of control, and keeping on top of it is becoming a real headache for investigation by forces because with it and what is often the case - there is very little evidence to find the source of it at the best of times. And like I said I very much doubt we'll be the last major name on the High Street here to suffer this.
One area of comfort is that another part of the business wasn't compromised and that is where shift patterns are done.

the AI tools are so good at the moment will only get better they have just announced plugins where it can look up on the Web and use data sets you give it and
there is a lot that needs to be sorted out the AI ART generators are so good now that the fact AI fake porn is going to become a big problem

there is a difference Press is papers Media means TV and Radio although 25% only trusted TV which is also should be the concern

Just Stop Oil spokesperson on 5 Live - One more reason for the police to get tough with these loonies and the courts to get them off the streets for a period of time. Hope the Police are ready for Monday when they plan to disrupt London.

^ Everyone has the right to protest. However do they have a right to disrupt other members of the public or distroy property.
What we don't want is for the government to react to the latter by bringing in laws which stop rightful protests.
