Should fit right in on The Chat, then - they're all terrible at their jobs (that's why they're on this channel).

Terrible in what way? They unlike the other shows don't have a producer to move the camera, take them on/off screen, put texts up to screen, log their phones in/out, listen to and play out chatbacks put up pics,make sure their mics are on etc
Working on this channel means that the girls have to do all these things and more for themselves and gives them a broader wealth of experience.

Hi all watched the chat yesterday (23 dec 10) with Sophie and Luci on the 4-9pm show and wasn't impressed with some of it. On the show they spent a large part of it looking at old clips of shows that Sophie had be on years ago that 1 viewer had done on you tube. When another viewer had texted in asking if he could have a look, Sophie said it was a private account between her and a a curtain viewer, thus excluding all the rest of the viewers, I knew what is was about because I knew the other show she was on before the chat. But when the owners are looking for every which way possable to end the chat is that the best way to go about presenting a show? My view is I guess not. I don't mind the girls looking at you tube if a viewer had surgested it as part of a topic where everyone can join in and talk about. For instant if we were doing a topic about fav adds, or kids tv shows then it would be ok if someone had asked the girls to look at an old add or tv clip on you tube as it would include everyone, which Sophie didn't. It was dull when people don't know what is being talked about. Sophie is nice and has done some real funny and good shows but yesterday was not good nor funny, even though some people said that it was a fab show. I guess some are just happy at looking at two good looking girls watching you tube for 20 to 25 mins while most others wonder what they are looking at. Some on other parts of the chat forum have already noticed how much time is spent around presenters watching you tube and made comments. Can we not have debeits and genral topics which is not always around you tube or is that too much to ask the presenters?

As for chatbacks - at 1.50 for a 36 second call from a mobile, who can justify spending that amount on a very short call? I can't and will never leave a chatback pluas if you only use mobile to interact its not their cheapest service

I did hear today on Chat that it's going up £1.53 p/min 
to call and shortly The Chat will start at 2 pm and close at 9 pm.Apart from the rate rise what are the opinions re the new hours ?.
