If I was to make a babe channel, I'd try to assemble a good mix of experienced, popular veterans with some of the newer girls and I'd make sure all of my daytime girls were up for being a bit naughty...

With a few obvious exceptions, all the ladies could do both day & night times. Id stick to 2/3 girl rotation on days, & 4 girl rotation on nights with a more oldschool feel, with at least 1 lady in box/off screen presenting & reading texts alot of the time to make it more interactive.
