Thanks people , when i say im waiting 40 mins thats for it to start downloading not uploading , have tried a d/load accel but it wont resume its just dead, and no not o na dail up any more ideas ? and who cares who has a wedding ring they are not comin home to us at nightSad

RS has been a bit flakey of late. It works best outside of peak times. And I don't think accelerators work unless you have a premium account - they might even slow it down. It might be your ISP/connection that's going through a dodgy router - you could check ping and packet loss with a route tracer like UOTrace (its old and meant for games but still works a treat for finding problem routers).
