Late to the party but some thoughts:
- I don't see any Ofcom rule being broken because it was web only
- The rule (if Atlanta is to be believed) may have been specific to certain performers or a policy at the time
- The policy may have changed between Atlanta being told and Anna's show

This is not hair splitting it needs considering - what for instance if the thing that makes you a boatload of cash is so unpopular with a significant part of your workforce that it would threaten your ability to pursue your regular trade? Not saying this is what has happened here but that we should always be careful with blanket statements.

In response to that, you are standing back and taking a balanced view that a mature, successful business would do. However, we are talking about Cellcast, a company that is financially struggling and who's recent history is all about instant monetisation of anything they can get there claws into.
Whilst historically the top babeshow girls used to show sod all, who'd have thought 5 years ago that girls like Alice would be doing these sorts of shows? The influence of Chatterbate and MFC will push these channels (on the web) down harder content and whilst that may mean a changing of the guard over time, less and less of the Night showgirls are the pants on show nothing types like a Dionne Daniels.
