RE: NFL 2021-2022 Season - Charlemagne - 31-01-2022 12:23 I didn't see the match but I believe that the 49er's had 90 secs with possible time outs to get down the field to be in a position to take on a kick at goal. San Fran need to get rid of Graroppolo and bring in Trey Lance next year. And it would save 25 million dollars of wasted expense which could be better used in the team. RE: NFL 2021-2022 Season - lovebabes56 - 31-01-2022 13:40 Could this be the most open SB for for years? SUPERBOWL FACTS LA Rams were involved in the lowest scoring Superbowl in 2019 when they lost 13-3. Total combined points was 16. Steelers have won 6 Superbowls and lost only 2 for a 75% success rate Vikings & Bills have both appeared in 4 superbowls and have lost every one of them Miami has hosted the most Superbowls = 11 last one played there was in 2020 RE: NFL 2021-2022 Season - Regenerated - 31-01-2022 13:52 Disappointed with San Francisco not making it, but Rams were the better team. Again I agree with Charle and Boomer - there were mistakes from the 49ers and Garoppolo didn't really have the same influence as he had done earlier in the competition. Very disappointed with the 49ers passages of play in the final stages, must work harder at game management. Fair play to the Rams though, a superior defence and a cohesive offence saw them over the line. RE: NFL 2021-2022 Season - Rammyrascal - 02-02-2022 15:22 The Washington Football Team finally gets a new official name...interesting https://twitter.com/Commanders/status/1488862704983068673?t=TUhAjH1SXk_qKBiz7UHmkw&s=19 RE: NFL 2021-2022 Season - Boomerangutangangbang - 02-02-2022 16:39 ^^ Doesn't sound much like a football team name, but I'm sue we'll get accustomed to it. RE: NFL 2021-2022 Season - lovebabes56 - 02-02-2022 19:29 Wonder what names they rejected and if any were babe inspired It will take tiem to get used to I guess RE: NFL 2021-2022 Season - Charlemagne - 06-02-2022 19:38 Osi Umenyiora and Jason Bell (Nadine Coyle's ex) front the BBC's NFL show. They were discussing what should happen at San Fran after their conference loss to the LA Rams. 3 quarterback were mentioned, Jimmy Garoppolo, Trey Lance and Aaron Rodgers. They had shown interest in getting Rodgers at the start of the session. Their conclusion is that Garoppolo should be shown the door. But news of Aaron Rodgers is bad for the 49er's as it's rumoured that he's bought a house near Nashville. So it's looking like he's the new guy at the Tennessee Titans. And this means that 49er's will have to give a run to their new boy Trey Lance. But bringing on a young quarterback worked for the Chiefs, the Pats and the Bengals. RE: NFL 2021-2022 Season - Boomerangutangangbang - 06-02-2022 20:18 ^^ Trey Lance, has the potential, but he's raw, & even inexperienced at college level. What the 49ers need is a good veteran QB to back-up Lance, maybe split playing time for next season. Problem is getting the right man. Jimmy G will start somewhere else. despite his flaws he can win games, & there are many struggling teams happy to have him. I never really saw the Rogers thing happening, one he's a little too old, & 2, I doubt he'd want to share playing time. RE: NFL 2021-2022 Season - Boomerangutangangbang - 06-02-2022 20:28 Rooting for the Bengals, & nothing to do with the Rams beating the Niners. I love an underdog, & what better than a team yet to win a Super Bowl. Both offenses are great, but are the Bengals defense good enough to keep the game close ? RE: NFL 2021-2022 Season - Charlemagne - 06-02-2022 20:36 At the start of the session you could get better odds on the Bengals than the 3-14 Jaguars. |
