But if he does get the push David Moyes has just become surplace to requirements at Real Sociedad
SO there is no truth than to the rumour that Chelsea are lining up the ginger Mourinho than? Or as Jose likes to refer to him 'ginger me'
RE: Football Banter - Charlemagne - 10-11-2015 17:33
^Why would he want to move to a relegation club?

Blimey Just seen Gary Bowyer been sacked as rovers manager bit shocked
RE: Football Banter - Charlemagne - 10-11-2015 22:21
I thought that he was doing a good job at the club. Seriously.
Are they planning to bring in David Moyes. If so the residents of Clitheroe had better beware.

Talking paul lambert but im guessing might be sherwood he was in the running for the job before but Daniel levy put a stop to it. but brendan rodgers might be good not sure about moyes
RE: Football Banter - Charlemagne - 10-11-2015 23:01
Sherwood's a good fit.
Who would be better received by the fans than their Premiership winning captain

I know people like to rag on Brendan Rodgers but he's not a bad manager , it's just that when we got in some difficulty he just seemed to run out of ideas so he just needs more experience and maybe not having the pressure of being boss of a club with huge expectations will help . A prime example of this would be when we were drawing with Chelsea and Klopp brought on Benteke for Milner and was willing to take that risk where as Brendan would of been fine playing for the draw ,

Looks like you may have been correct about Paul Lambert
Latest report this morning is that he's close to signing
RE: Football Banter - HannahsPet - 11-11-2015 08:38
who ever they are in for a shock because of the FFP embargo still on. and QPR seemed to have got off there sanctions
Gary bowyer did a good job especially in the cups season before last took full strength Man city side to replay then last year battered Swansea, Stoke away from home and Liverpool to replay where if it wasnt for a peice of magic by coutiniho might have taken them to extra time and penaltys
then because of FFP had to sell Rudy gestede who was top scorer above rhodes last season and sold tom cairney to fulham and replaced with free transfers
