As for Adele her looks/body are her income and fair play as she's a beautiful lady, but she has done lap dancing so she can't be that prudish in spreading the legs. TBH no one ever thought that Adele would be an extra in porno films, have her own website and do web cam this year. I can only see all these extra avenues are for raising her profile but they will come with extra demands of seeing full nudity as l can't see people paying money to look at semi nude pictures. All the extra avenues she is exploring pay reasonable money, the only pressure on her is a financial one. If she wants to stay at the same level then she is quite capable of doing so.
