Good game though.

missed opportunity for Dunfermline Athletic tonight, certainly wouldn't know there was 2 leagues between the sides, will rue missed chances 1st half but with Talbot having to go off leaving us with 2 recognised defenders was always going to be difficult and Dundee Utd scored 2 goals in extra time to win 3-1.

Morton caused major upset beating Motherwell 3-2 after extra time although disturbance in Motherwell fans ends will probably get more headlines. Ross County thumped Falkirk 7-0, Inverness CT won 2-0 at Livingston & St Johnstone 3-1 at Rangers

Yeah, when I saw Dunfermline took the lead, I thought "uh-oh" Tongue

Well done to St Johnstone, though Big Grin

Hibs beat Aberdeen 2-0, Celtic 2-0 over Raith Rovers, Hearts score 2 late goals to beat Kilmarnock 3-2

RE: Scottish Football - mikedafc - 24-09-2015 11:44

Ian Baraclough axed by Motherwell

RE: Scottish Football - Doddle - 26-09-2015 17:01

Hamilton recovered to get a win, and were the only top 6 side to do so Tongue

East Stirling got stuffed at home to Arbroath, who were only a point higher than us this morning Sad

Disappointing result for Dunfermline bad goal lost, keeper should have done better and didn't convert chances at other end.

It would appear that Jackie McNamara has been sacked by Dundee United

RE: Scottish Football - Doddle - 03-10-2015 16:46

East Stirling took the lead against Berwick but still lost Sad

Seems like Dunfermline & Ayr have a 2-horse race thing going on Smile

RE: Scottish Football - mikedafc - 03-10-2015 19:31

Will be next quarter that will be vital for us as we had same record of 6 wins 1 draw and 2 losses and 19 points this time last year

Decided to watch Scotland rugby today, made right decision as Dunfermline lost 4-0 at St Mirren in Petrofac Q/Final
