RE: Formula 1 - Chrisst - 03-09-2020 15:30 Well that's a pity. If Claire Williams wants a job on Studio 66 she'll get my phone calls anytime she's on. RE: Formula 1 - Rammyrascal - 05-09-2020 13:58 Lewis Hamilton on pole for Italian GP RE: Formula 1 - lovebabes56 - 05-09-2020 14:57 (03-09-2020 15:30 )Chrisst Wrote: Well that's a pity. I doubt it, but I think she'll be to expensive for St66 to hire!! But it really is an end of era for GP, seeing the Wiliams name disappear from the grid line - up, a sad day. I reckon their golden period was from late '86 through to around '97 or later give or take a few years in both) with Damon Hill and Nigel Mansell winning the world championship and have to say their cars really competed with Bennetton and Ferarri. Williams has won 114 Grands Prix, taken 128 pole positions and secured 133 fastest laps, culminating in nine Constructors’ and seven Drivers’ World Championships. It is the third longest standing team in the history of the sport and one of the most successful. Too right. I agree. She is hot . Great pole position lap from Lewis at Monza. RE: Formula 1 - Chrisst - 06-09-2020 13:09 RE: Formula 1 - Rammyrascal - 06-09-2020 14:13 It’s all kicking off at the Italian GP as the race had to be stopped because of a serious crash from Leclerc & Lewis Hamilton getting a 10 sec stop go penalty after entering the pit lane when it was closed after Magnussen broke down in the pit lane. Correct decision by stewards. Awful race for Ferrari as both Vettel & Leclerc out both with brake failures it seems Race restart at 15:20 RE: Formula 1 - Rammyrascal - 06-09-2020 15:09 Pierre Gasly wins the Italian GP for Alphatauri! Top 3 1: Gasly (Alphatauri) 2: Sainz (Mclauren) 3: Stroll (Racing Point) Hamilton still has a massive lead in the championship of 47 points as Verstappen retired & Bottas only finished 5th RE: Formula 1 - Chrisst - 06-09-2020 19:28 Well I don't know what to make of this. I've tuned in to the re-run on Channel 4 and instead of a black car the race was won by a white one! They even played the wrong songs. It was like watching The Avengers. Steed drives off in a blue one and cames back in a yellow one. You'd think, wouldn't you, that they could get these thing right these days. And where was Lewis telling us how greatful he is for the team helping him to finish five and a half minutes ahead of everybody else? At least Ferrari knew what they were doing, same results there. RE: Formula 1 - Charlemagne - 10-09-2020 15:53 Sebastian Vettel's replacing Sergio Perez next year at the Racing Point team. |
