RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - Charlemagne - 25-06-2014 06:40 FIFA have opened disciplinary proceedings against Hanabal Suarez RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - HannahsPet - 25-06-2014 06:57 (24-06-2014 20:23 )biggles Wrote: Were those 6 who voted for England being serious or ironic? No we were optimists guessing well i know me and DT are supportere of clubs who have been going thru the shit the last few years but still support them through thick and thin even when they play like shite that said glad ive got 1/4 german family so get some joy when Germany beat Brazil and win the world cup RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - HannahsPet - 25-06-2014 06:58 Sure he will give them a bung and it will all go away RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - lovebabes56 - 25-06-2014 07:27 It is disappointing that Suarez for all this talent has to act reckless. If FIFA ban him it will be probably be for quite a long time, remember how long Cantona got for his attack at Selhurst Park? but this like proper assault on another player and I think many fans will have thought after the Ivanovic incident he would have learned his lesson. But clearly he hasn't. I'm thinking whether two years is a long enough ban. Whatever happens if he is banned, I'm pretty sure that any ban would extend into his career with Liverpool as FIFA can extend the ban into them playing in a domestic league, but I'm sure Rodgers will wondering what he has to do. RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - lovebabes56 - 25-06-2014 08:12 I watched the England game and thought despite all the changes Roy made, I don't think there was any real improvement in the performance from the last game, and to come home with a pint is not what we expected. Was this the last time we have seen Gerrard & Lampard and possibly Hart in an England shirt? RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - cosmonaut - 25-06-2014 10:06 FIFA said Suárez has until 5pm Brasília time (9pm BST) today to explain his position and submit any evidence he would like considered. RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - terence - 25-06-2014 10:15 suarez's explanation: Quote:"These situations happen on the field. I had contact with his shoulder, nothing more. Things like that happen all the time." ok, that's that sorted. say what you like about him but at least he's honest! RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - Charlemagne - 25-06-2014 10:40 One punter apparently had a £10 bet on Suerez biting someone at the World Cup. The bookie is having to pay out a couple of grand in winnings. Latest Suerez joke is that he's now eligable to play in the next Euro cup. He's been selected for Hungary. |
