Ahh yes the “rules/laws don’t apply to us defence” I seem to recall that under Margaret Thatcher non-payment of the Poll Tax led to people being jailed but no reason of course for the law to apply to the wealthy Cummings family. Cummings repeatedly says he hears the mood of the country yet seems tone deaf at present.
