I think Diving should be taken a good look at. If players are caught diving on purpose they should get a 1 match ban

The bite in my eyes is just as bad as Zidane's headbutt. Zidane retired but he would have received a 5 match ban. Both incidents brought bad rep to FIFA. So maybe Suarez should receive the same

No, Zinedine Zidane received a 3 match ban, not 5, and was fined 7,500 Swiss Francs.
Since Zidane had retired he voluntarily did 3 days community service on FIFA's behalf.
