RE: Scottish Football - mikedafc - 26-03-2016 17:51 If anyone wants me I'll be in the pub, Dunfermline Athletic are League One champions thanks to a 3-1 win over Brechin and Cowdenbeath winning 1-0 away at Peterhead. Ayr won 2-1 over Stranraer to secure play off place , Stenhousemuir beat Forfar 2-1. In another shock result today Livingston won 2-1 at Falkirk RE: Scottish Football - Doddle - 27-03-2016 13:46 If anyone wants me, I'll be crying into my hands, as East Stirling are as good as doomed to finish last, 10 points adrift with 5 games left. RE: Scottish Football - mikedafc - 02-04-2016 19:39 In Premiership ,Dundee United won 1-0 at St Johnstone which coupled with Kilmarnock drawing 0-0 at Partick cuts gap to 5 points with Dundee United having chance to cut gap to 2 points by winning game in hand on Tuesday away to Partick. In Championship ,Raith scored last minute goal to draw 3-3 with Rangers to delay the Championship party for a little while longer.. Hibs drew 2-2 at St Mirren, Queen of the South came back from 2-0 down to draw with Falkirk 2-2. Dunfermline won 1-0 at Albion Rovers, Cowdenbeath beat Ayr 1-0, Stranraer beat Airdrie 4-0 to go 6 points clear in 4th, Forfar beat Peterhead 2-0 and Brechin beat Stenhousemuir 1-0 so 6 points separate 5th from 10th in League One. East Fife won 1-0 at Arbroath which coupled with Clyde drawing with Montrose increased their lead to 4 points, Elgin drew 2-2 with Annan and Queens Park missed chance to get into top 4 by drawing with Stirling Albion RE: Scottish Football - Doddle - 02-04-2016 20:20 Incredible that we've reached April and Rangers still aren't promoted yet (though not for much longer). East Stirling managed a rare draw, but remain doomed at the foot of the table. Then again, there were 4 draws in 5 matches in that division (topped by the Championship with 5 out of 5, whereas the Dunfermline division had 0 out of 5). RE: Scottish Football - Doddle - 03-04-2016 20:34 Aberdeen 3 Hamilton 0, so at least they're still trying to push Celtic a little bit. RE: Scottish Football - mikedafc - 05-04-2016 21:22 Well Rangers are back in Scottish Premiership after a 1-0 win over Dumbarton meant Hibs can't catch them although Hibs did keep their pursuit of 2nd up with a 2-1 win over Livingston. In Premiership Dundee had goalless draw with Celtic and the Dundee United survival bid hit a buffer as Partick beat them 1-0. RE: Scottish Football - Doddle - 06-04-2016 07:01 Yeah, well done to Rangers (at last). RE: Scottish Football - Doddle - 09-04-2016 06:46 Hearts 2 Aberdeen 1 - pretty much seals it for Celtic, I'd have said. RE: Scottish Football - SmĀ© - 09-04-2016 07:22 ^^^ RE: Scottish Football - Doddle - 09-04-2016 17:45 Hamilton beat Dundee Inverness & Kilmarnock also won, though. East Stirling lost, are guaranteed to finish 10th, and today I learn they'll have to go through a relegation play-off |
