The bookie is having to pay out a couple of grand in winnings. It's more than one punter. One website alone (Betasafe) admits paying out 39 bets on Suarez biting someone at the World Cup at odds of 175/1. Another site (Betsson) paid out even more, with 167 winning punters. RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - Charlemagne - 25-06-2014 22:11 After Suerez departure last night, I was thinking about going for a bet on Valencia getting sent off tonight.. But I didn't do it. He was on a short fuse in the friendly against England and it's not surprising that he got sent off tonight RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - dominar rygel xvi - 25-06-2014 22:40 I hope Phil Neville doesn't get slagged off this time. I've liked his co-commentary tonight. RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - bytor - 25-06-2014 23:34 Decision on Suarez from FIFA to be given tonight or tomorrow. RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - whizzer - 26-06-2014 04:23 Uruguayan FA defends Luis Suárez before FIFA, claiming pictures of the bite marks in the media are photoshopped. RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - HannahsPet - 26-06-2014 05:56 interesting defence to use with Fifa " Its the british media again " you know how they make things up and fifa might buy it lol RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - Tori Lee Addict - 26-06-2014 06:50 (26-06-2014 04:23 )whizzer Wrote: Uruguayan FA defends Luis Suárez before FIFA, claiming pictures of the bite marks in the media are photoshopped. What the fuck??? This isn't just once he has done this, not even twice but the third time he has bitten someone. At the very least surely ban him for rest of the tournament RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - malicious fan - 26-06-2014 07:24 (26-06-2014 06:50 )Tori Lee Addict Wrote:the uruguayan captain did a funny press conference as well, but im amazed with the stance they are taking with him and the way they defend him and blams chelleini and all this bollox about the italian and english want him banned, i think its the whole football world who want him banned for his constant behaviour, the idiot just never learns and he wouldnt be in the papers and people calling for him to be banned if he kept his behaviour under control! amazed that nobody has chinned the twat yet, im sure if he did it against sum1 like big dunc he wud forget the consequences and just smack the dirty little rat!(26-06-2014 04:23 )whizzer Wrote: Uruguayan FA defends Luis Suárez before FIFA, claiming pictures of the bite marks in the media are photoshopped. RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - Tori Lee Addict - 26-06-2014 07:31 There is a great article that I read yesterday. Someone got done for biting someone in a pub row, and he lost his job, got arrested etc etc. Now how much value do we as society place on these people just to kick a football around. It is all over the web, that he is very lucky to avoid a Brazilian Jail cell. What I mean is where does it end? How many times can he do this and because of who he is he gets let off the hook? Everyone saw him bite him, the pundits saw him bite him, you watch the video again and again and he defo bites him. There is no excuse for this. I have ever been reading that even a lot of fans of Uruguay fans are saying he is a disgrace to their country |
