^ It was very kind of Everton to pay us £25 million for Michael Keane.
It's allowed us to bring in James Tarkowski at the heart of the defense.
He's another British player being brought forward in the club. Possible England defender?

With Catalonia going along the route of independence.
I understand that for most people sport comes 2nd, but what will FC Barcelona's future be. Will it be inside or outside of La Liga
RE: Football Banter - HannahsPet - 04-10-2017 14:52
They would have to join another league or could have a 3 team catalonia league with Espanyol and Giron. would love them see the EPL just imagine it. its happened in Rugby League with the catalan dragons

Would love to see them in the PL
Wenger Saying the scottish clubs should be allowed in first he is just shitting it cos he deffo wont get 4th if barca join

La Liga would probably change their rules and keep Barcelona in the end. It would be a big loss for them if Barcelona were to leave, despite what they are saying now. However if they didn't keep Barcelona I'm sure France would have them considering they already allow Monaco to play in the French league.
In that event Barcelona would have plenty of local games, as Monaco, Nice, Montpellier, Toulose and Marseille are all fairly close. Others such as Saint Etienne, Lyon and Bordeaux are no further away than Madrid is. Even the furthest away games wouldn't be much different to playing away to Seville.

But is the French league lucrative enough for them they get a lot from TV revenue surely the EPL would be the most lucrative for income sure it wont come to it anyway its just madrid trying to play hardball

If Barcelona leave Spain, they should start in the bottom tier of whichever country they are playing in to keep it fair for all the other teams in the system.
Imagine Barcelona away to Weston Super Mare on a midweek, could be interesting.

I see that Kolo Toure has become the assistant manager to the Ivory Coast
RE: Football Banter - Mr77 - 05-10-2017 12:57
Always loved Kolo when he was at Liverpool . Nobody seemingly hates Kolo Toure , he seems to be loved by fans everywhere .
