Ep 21 "Cause and Effect" synopsis
DRASTIC TIMES CALL FOR DRASTIC MEASURES – Barry (Grant Gustin) takes drastic measures to stop Savitar. Meanwhile, H.R. (Tom Cavanagh) continues to push Tracy Brand (guest star Anne Dudek) to design the trap for Savitar and Killer Frost (Danielle Panabaker) returns with an interesting proposal.

Here's a couple food for thought technically this is the second time that Flashpoint has happened, in the original timeline Barry Allen was ment to become The Flash in 2020 because of Real Harrison Wells and his wife also both Barry's parents were alive. Reverse Flash travels back in time to kill young Barry but instead kills his mum. He is then trapped in the past with no speedforce so he takes over the real Harrison Wells and speeds up Barry becoming The Flash thus creating alter timeline.
The Reverse Flash in season 3 of Flash and season 2 of Legends isn't in the same Reverse Flash that appeared in season 2 of Flash.
