The NHS generally wouldn't provide an ambulance for something like a dislocated shoulder. They are usually busy trying to help people with with heart attacks and life threatening injuries etc. A dislocated shoulder is a category B call and only gets an ambulance if they aren't busy at the time. I'm sure you wouldn't want someone to bleed to death, because the ambulance service thought Honey's shoulder was more important. Ambulances are for emergencies, it's not a taxi service.
They are just an easy target, as they have to take whatever is thrown at them without much - if any - redress. We all should be grateful they are there, and do what they do with no cost to us whatsoever (after general taxation obviously - small price in itself too) upon receipt of their undoubted, and highly valuable skills.

I do feel for Honey though having to pop her shoulder back in herself if she was left to it. Doesn't bare thinking about. If you don't know what you are doing in that instance, obviously further and potentially worse damage can be done
