Yup. How she handles the periods between calls has always struck me as something other girls (particularly the chronic phone-wavers) could learn from even more than her performances themselves.
Even if the calls hit a quiet patch she can paper over the cracks with her body language and misdirection skills so that you'd never remember the gaps between callers.

Well, I've said it before, & I'll say it again. Caty is the best all rounder there is, at the moment. She really knows how to get the best out of any given situation.
But her biggest assets, are her ability to really play to the camera, as if it's the caller, and the fact that she always seems to know exactly what to say to the caller, at the right time.
Those two are a killer combination. And when she's not getting the caller off, she's got him in stitches, laughing his head off.
Caty definitely is the complete package.
