I must admit too that's a fucking great idea, they'll have that many fake complaints to investigate they'll be up to their eyeballs with a shitload of extra work, yes let's play the cunts at their own game, by the way you can now say cunt on this forum so at least some censorship has been lifted on our part, did i mention the word cunt, I can't cunting remember Big Laugh

Well, there was a lot of shagging on all of the channels last night, so I'm sure Ofcom will have their hands full.

Smile

650 signatures - yes, must have clicked over in the past hour. Up from 600 on 19 April, 2 weeks and 3 days ago.

As for organising a complaints rota, thats a flattering idea and is probably meant as a job, but I am already streched too thin and would I probably get banned by Ofcom when they caught on.

Fake complaints are tempting and to an impartial outside observer a reduced "guilty" rate would seem to undermine the case for censorship, but it would have the opposite effect. Ofcom is not impartial and an increased number of complaints would be used by them to justify more intervention and tighter rules.

i would help organise a complaints roster, i was just asking for advice on the idea itself. i do wonder what you mean when you say Ofcom would ban you?

Sad indeed. A quick glance at the schedules shows they are broacasting until 11 UK time on Climax and its flagged as cert 15 content. What hours does their Euro adult show run from? 11 or midnight Euro time? Im really not sure now.

My guess is that although the content is provided by Eurotic the transponded is still leased to Climax and they are regarded as responsible for the content, whoever they buy it from.

What are Climaxs motives for extending the finish time? Its not as if they dont have an extensive library of recorded material. Perhaps this is building up to encryption starting at 10 again and one hour of encrypted live material, a bit like the last part of Lena Late but earlier.

Still, its not the Euro strength people had been hoping for.

There's no need to guess eccles. That is and always has been the case. The licensee carries the can.

I think what will be worrying a lot of people of the continent right now is what if ETV decides to go ahead and broadcast the whole nightshow on SKY eventually, it it stays FTA on SKY and not as a bonus channel as part of an existing subscription package such as TVX or Playboy TV then they are in trouble as it'll have to abide by the strict Ofcom rules, so if you think there is more than us that are worried about Ofcom, think again, what has long been our problem could very well end up being Johnny Foreigner's too, just what kind of backlash are Ofcom going to get from the rest of Europe I wonder, will it all come to a stand, watch this space as I predict more drama to unfold yet in our quest for liberation.
