If you think that a cosmetic change takes away any distinction the girl has then it goes to show just how shallow you are...She's getting new tits not changing her personality, or her work ethic and as Tsurugi eluded to earlier for some guys its not all about the boobs, she still has some other awesome physical features (Her Legs and her arse )
