RE: New Channels! - RRROGER - 21-04-2011 10:51 I've had FREEVIEW for 6 years, more recently I've also had SKY, which effectively superseded FREEVIEW for me, although I still watched Party People/Party Girls when they were still on. FREEVIEW & SKY were viewing option, so most people had no access to the babe shows; when I got FREEVIEW & first saw Natalie Springer & Yvette Merriman on the all night Party People show I was amazed, then Party Girls, then eventually I got SKY & for most people that's where it's all happening. What has now changed is that SKY is the main platform for these shows, but still optional; but Freeview, with the digital changeover, is no longer optional, for most people it's becoming mandatory, giving access to a taster, (like I did with Party People) to babeshows you can watch without subscription. In simple terms the potential FREEVIEW audience will soon massively outnumber the SKY audience, but with only limited options to watch the babe shows, supply & demand will put a premium on Freeview programme slots, hence Elite have jumped in to obtain the Freeview slot, which although restrictive has massive sales potential compared with the SKY slots. RE: New Channels! - mikeboob - 21-04-2011 18:26 So far 920/921 picture/sound quality is as was, not up to Elite standards. RE: New Channels! - RRROGER - 23-04-2011 00:46 Can't remember all of what was happening last night, but I noted that SKY921 was simulcasting with SKY965 for at least some of the time so it was possible to compare & it was obvious that SKY965 had a better picture; tonight I'm watching Fernanda on SKY965 which is simulcasting with SKY920 & both pictures are very similar in quality, but Rachel on SKY921 looks just a little vague, not as bad as the pixilation we used to get sometimes with TVX, in fact much improved picture quality, so looks as if problem with picture quality was solvable but TVX never bothered to do anything about it. EDIT Shortly after posting this as Rachel turned over, this occured (Still on SKY921) so seems the TVX gremlins still need a bit of sorting, assuming of course that it's possible>>>>> EDIT#2 Fernanda now on SKY920 only , picture seemed quite good until she turned, then the picture pixilated badly. RE: New Channels! - HEX!T - 23-04-2011 05:22 at least i can agree with this, the picture quality was poor on 920/921. so much so i didnt bother watching when i saw how bad it was. RE: New Channels! - RRROGER - 23-04-2011 06:18 ^^^^^Dunno if anyone else has, ( Not a member of her caps/vid thread), but I recorded Fernanda's last stint, about 2 hours of it, started on SKY920, then after 30 minutes started simulcasting with SKY965, which I spotted immediately 'cos I was expecting it & changed channels; difficult to register but seemed that the TVX channels got worse as the night wore on.... Managed to record & post short video of Lori on SKY914, but earlier on SKY920, ...... with her movements the picture quality looked dreadful. RE: New Channels! - Donsman - 23-04-2011 06:42 920 and 921 has always been quit poor with picture quality, about time we had elite tv hd RE: New Channels! - HEX!T - 23-04-2011 17:46 honestly ive never noticed them be that bad.
