Carice originally went for casting for the role of Shae and was later asked to play the part of Melisandre

Just watched tonights episode Blackwater, Its the best episode ever in my opinion. i was worried what they would do because the battle for blackwater in the books is very detailed but they covered it perfectly. The graphics they use look real and cheap shit. Cant wait for season 2 finale now.
