RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - lovebabes56 - 12-05-2014 20:14 I remember those matches, you showed the world you have to be taken seriously Fernandez!! RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - Fernandez Esperenda - 12-05-2014 20:15 You should support Brasil as your 2nd team this summer RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - lovebabes56 - 13-05-2014 06:21 They will be!! Although I will admit loyalty will be divided when we meet you..... RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - HannahsPet - 13-05-2014 13:21 hmmm another bunch of Talented Youngsters playing in england RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - whorelover - 13-05-2014 19:06 Brazil are always a threat and do well in the WC, they may have lost some of their flair but they've gained more physicality especially in midfield. As for England, yup Defoe should go ahead of wellbeck and yes, as always over-hyped youngsters who get put in their place come a major tournament. I'm not sure any players, old or young are being over-hyped. There are players such as Smalling who have not played well enough to be included, but can't say I have heard much praise for any of the squad. I have never known a World Cup where there has been such a lack of expectation from the nation. I'm sure the ghost of 1966 will rear it's ugly head before too long with the pundits but I have yet to hear any misguided optimism that we are capable of winning the competition. We will do well to get out of the group. We have to hope that Italy have their traditional poor start....and that it is poorer than our traditional poor start RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - lovebabes56 - 14-05-2014 02:05 S. America is not a happy hunting ground for European teams am I right? RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - lovebabes56 - 14-05-2014 02:11 Looks like Brazil are counting on Neymar being their main centre forward this time, Fernandez mate. I was surprised they left out Kaka, I thought he would have kept a place in the team!! Not only that, I wonder if Hulk will score more goals than Neymar!! RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - Charlemagne - 14-05-2014 14:22 One guy who's not going to the World Cup is Man City's Samir Nasri. France's coach Didier Deschamps decided to not only leave him out of the team but he hasn't been included in the squad. But Samir has taken it well, which is more than can be said for his girlfriend who has twittered "F*** France and f*** Deschamps! What a s*** manager!" RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - Joey 27 - 14-05-2014 15:04 italy have named 7 strikers in their squad, luca toni has been left out even though he scored 20 goals this season but he is 37, he'd probably have more chance of being in the squad if he was 21 and only scored 8 goals this season because of "potential" |
