I would just like to make a little point here, Cara was on this morning from 10:00 - 10:30am I presume she must be Ill or something more important than work came up, her reasons are her own and none of my bloody business, but what I don't get is how come there has been no discussion.....OK by discussion I mean conspiracy theories......on the fact that she has gone, if it had been Danica or even Anna there would have been 3 pages or more trying to analyse the reason why.....I suppose the point I am making is why is it nothing is said when some Models have to leave for some reason and yet others get the 10th degree?

For the same reason that those models (i.e. Anna, Danica) get 3 pages worth of positive comments when they do a full shift, compared to 1 or 2 posts for other models.
Also, on Sunday morning at 10.00am I can't imagine that there's too many people awake!

Cara twittered that she wasn't feeling well before she started her shift, so pretty sure that is why she left. Maybe a lot of Cara's fans follow her twitter so that is why no one was asking about it? Or maybe it is beacuse it is Sunday morning and everyone is having a late start?
Dunno, but you are def right that some babes who might leave mid show are more discussed than others.

OMFG the new daytime OSG's are even bigger than the night time ones not only that they are the most disgusting colour combination ever, April fools day was at the beginning of the month you know please tell me this is a laugh, who ever thought this was a good idea should leave before more damage is done!
Elite sort it out please....you are going backward with this big shit!

I think it's about time Elite did something with the sets. Presently, they broadcast on three channels (whether two are the same i'm not sure) so they have at least two different channels. But right from the beginning of Elite, they have only used (in my opinion) boring sets with a sofa (the sofa has changed, but always a sofa). Even now the sofa is the same on each channel, just a different colour!
No imagination is ever used on the day shows. As i've said before, all these sofas do is to promote the girl laying down/on her side all day long, which they more often than not do. So there is no varitey at all for those who dislike this (me!)
Furthermore, the majority of the girls (possibly all actually, bar Vikki - apologies if not) wear just underwear.. again, for those that dislike this, there is nothing Elite does to cater for them.
The main point i'm making is that as they have more than one channel, why not have what they currently do on one channel and something different on the other? I don't believe that the channel is "restricted" on sets they can use in the daytime when most of the girls are wearing just underwear/next to nothing, gyrating (sometimes gratuitously) etc.

that's very true, very little imagaination - mmm, what shall i wear today, I know a bra and a thong! Plus, half the time they just lie there doing nothing, maybe show their arse to the camera (upon request) - the sets are just mattresses or a couch
Vikki looks very sexy wearing dresses (as does Holly Maguire on babestation), then there's the likes of Fernanda, Lucy Zara and Summer in secreatary outfits so less isn't always more - don't get me wrong, I love looking at them wearing very little but variety is the spice of life

For me I'm worried that I do do a bit of criticising and I don't want the Elite staff seeing my name on here and thinking, "oh god there he is again, does he ever say anything positive?!!"
So I'm trying in future to suggest positive things rather than just moaning.
Bluearmy mate - What about asking the cameramen to always remember that the bottom third/quarter of their camera monitor is covered in graphics on TV - they could also literally stick some broad tape across the bottom bit of their monitor, so they can keep the girls out of that bottom part of the screen?
Schmoo - what kind of Sets would you suggest matey?
I think using the Office Set during the day would be great - and it would mean the girls can wear something other than lingerie (your other point) - imagine Alice Goodwin as a secretary, oh my word!!!
The girls could stand up leaning against the desk, doing some model-type poses, aswell as laying/sitting on it, and if they get a bit uncomfortable they can sit on the comfy black chair!
What about with Summer approaching, they could do a Beach Set to get us in the mood for some lovely hot weather after this sh*tty long Winter?
The girls could wear beach outfits - not just bikinis, shorts & T-shirts too - again giving a bit of variety other than just lingerie.
Currently, my favourite Set is the one with the huge mural in the background - it doesn't happen much at the moment, but at least the Mural Set gives the presenters some room to stand up, move about and stretch their legs after lots of laying down.
So anyway they're some of my thoughts - I really don't want to get a reputation on this forum (& with Elite if they read these posts) of being a moaner, so I'm trying to offer something constructive. Bye!!

This is a good point that alot of the channels would do well to implement.

I think everybody knows the office and secretary is my favourite, so this will always get my vote.. more than any other. And as for Alice Goodwin as a secretary.. now that would be just superb! I've been dreaming of that ever since she appeared on Elite. You must have been reading my mind!
Otherwise, re the sets, it's just something different that is needed. Especially as it's the same on each channel currently, which is just silly in my opinion. And a waste of an obvious opportunity..
