Well I am a fully trained union health and safety officer and I didn't see anything that i would be classed as an issue like that not sure what u are going on about lol,

I would not want you as my union rep then. Any workplace that allows someone to drink and be drunk is in breach of the health and safety laws as it can lead to accidents, not just for those that are drunk, but other workers. For example, when they fell off the bed a "producer" was next to them, could have injured him, BS would not be covered on their insurance as they allowed people clearly under the influence of alcohol to be working.

the girls are independent contractors so they can be sued for damaging client property, causing bodily harm, or advertising injury, bs would not be liable as they have created a safe work place that if what you talk of would happen the contractor must have done something wrong,
also how do you know they where over the pre agreed limit set by bs for the level of alcohol a girl can have in her system, most work places dont need you to be stone cold sober, for example i have had a beer watching the football today and going to work in a hour if i was breath tested i know i would be under the allowed limit of my work to use MHE if i had 2 pints i would be over, bs have always allowed a level of drinking and the girls i would guess stayed in the agreed limit,
you really would what me as your Rep i have won awards at both a regional and national level just saying Big Grin

Was there any CLEAR evidence on set that or anything beyond reasonable doubt to suggest that alcohol HAD been consumed by either? I am sure you would agree with me Winsaw when I say that in any normal workplace, being drunk during working hours is a dangerous thing, you put yourself and those you work with at risk.

Health and Safety at work - I would agree they need to take a long look at, but how could BS could be done by OFCOM under Sales of Goods and Services?

I am sure BS would have been covered for such instances, but I suppose it depends who they get insurance with

Ffs, some people need to get a grip Rolleyes

Think you're barking up the wrong tree with the H&S issues, no one there cares about all that. Alcohol has been more less or prevalent on these channels for years, to either the detriment or benefit of a show. But alcohol (& drugs) has lead to at least one very unsavoury incident I know of (I won't elaborate).

Understood there was more of an issue of tip goals not being adequately met and maybe alcohol or drugs were taking the blame.

I only saw bits of it so I can't comment on goals not being met.

Alcohol wise, Nicole was fine, she was watching the monitor much of the time and when she went to the keyboard her focus was instant, and I don't think Tori was as bad as Winsaw thinks either.

If people are insinuating drugs though, that's a whole different ballgame, and they need to be very careful.

Further to the discussion on tip goals... Natalia Blondinkova is at this very moment on a web channel naked apart from some white stockings and fuck-me shoes, and she's busy fucking herself stupid with a big rubber cock while simultaneously holding a vibrator to her clit.

The tip goal? "Show tits." 50 credits still needed. Not sure she's got the hang of these goal things, but I shan't complain.
