You wait till Ofcom getting cracking more on the channels now especially with every home having to use a free view box seeing as some of channels are on there, but they'll be claiming kids can get easy access to it, wonder what the parents are doing hmm.

Has anyone heard of a pin codeImportant I mean here we go again ofcom claim the pin code method for sky and freeview are not a sufficient enough deterrent of protecting kids??
What a load of Bollocks, if the parents want to block the Sky channels, or the freeview channels it only takes a max of about 3-4 mins to do, and there children won't no what the pin is and will be protected. Again this is the ofcom Scum trying to justify there stance on bringing our babe channels down with false and bogus claims those Bastardsannoyedannoyed

Totally agree its just a excuse so that Ofcom can flex there power over the channels.

Wouldn't the best solution be for all the channels to agree on certain days in which their night shows can be encrypted? Wouldn't U guys favour a idea like that? Wouldn't u guys pay for some of your favourite night girls to take it up a notch?

I aint obviously talking about Every day but just selected days in which the shows feel like doing it on. That way ofcom can't do shit and you guys get a treat aswell.

This idea just came in my head and I don't know the technical issues in regards to whether or not the shows can actually go encrypted on sky tv whenever they feel like it.

i'm not paying for something that we were allowed to see for free a couple of years ago and that all other channels can show whenever they want

Ofcom is investigating The Wright Show

Ofcom rules say "potentially offensive material must be justified by context"

that goes for everyone except the babechannels! annoyed

There are very different encryption requirements between Sky and Freeview, which muddies the waters. And why would the channels pay for an expensive encryption and subscription system when they could just do the same thing more cheaply via a web feed if it was financially viable.
And even an encrypted feed has to be censored, its not beyond Ofcom control.

Besides which, it is still a 'workaround', it still doesn't address the basic problem of Ofcom dictating what can and can't be seen, nor their unfair treatment towards the babechannels.

RE: Ofcom Discussion - mr mystery - 10-05-2012 15:31

When i first got Sky there used to be a few encrypted phone in babe channels , i've forgot how many channels used to go encrypted to be honest , but TVX used to have their call "girls live" encrypted/subscription shows , this show was broadcast on both Sky and freeview , a few of the Sport xxx live phone in channels used to go encrypted , and i think one of the Cellcast owned channels used to go encrypted as well , but not sure on this , anyway they all pretty much got fazed out , i'm guessing through lack of interest/revenue . At present BS does the live phone in encrypted Naked BS Xtreme shows on freeview , last night the live phone in section was broadcast from 11.30pm - 2am , also the Playboy Sky encrypted channel 917 shows the Lena live phone in show encrypted for 30mins , so there is a few about .

PS , it could be fairly easy for channels to put out a encrypted phone in babe show if they wish , especially if they do it as part of a existing adult package like "Lena live" does , she uses a Playboy channel to broadcast on , Playboy TV Chat could easily use a existing Playboy encrypted channel to broadcast a live phone in section if they wanted as well . there is around 21 existing encrypted channels on Sky , but they mostly show recorded stuff these days , but some of these channels could easily broadcast their own live phone in shows if they wanted or lease a channel or 2 out to other company's . It just seems that people don't want to pay for the harder stuff in any great numbers these day's or more channels would probably encrypt their channels if they thought call volumes would be high enough .

RE: Ofcom Discussion - continental19 - 10-05-2012 19:28

I must admit I was thinking what if certain Babe channels decide to have an encrypted channel a bit like Babestation, however I agree with the earlier post that Ofcom would want to go through it with a fine tooth Comb, and yes they would probably end up saying No.
I still say that the Pin code is perfectly satisfactory for protecting children, however nobody wants to challenge Ofcom even on this. This to me is the fundemental problem, nobody wants to challenge and take on Ofcom the channels are to afraid to step up. However can you blame them? I guess the answer is no.
Can you imagine the time and effort and money to take Ofcom through the courts? To me the only hope is Either ofcom have a change in the Boardroom and hope there's a change at the top with more tolerant views, or the coalition government get to grips with Ofcom which as far as I'm aware promised to do when they came to powerImportant
There are no easy fixes I'm afraid my fellow comrades we all have to hope and pray that something will go our way soonSmile

RE: Ofcom Discussion - eccles - 11-05-2012 01:51

Looking back at the old SXTV and SportXXX recordings its amazing what they used to show. At the time people complained because some of the channels "only" showed 2 hours live material 7 nights a week and they didnt show penetration.

Yet what they did show was eyewatering by todays standards. Enthusiastic GG and occasional BG with ejaculation (seen landing but no penis shots). Hours of enthusiastic genuine sex even if it was seen side on.

Some shows featured graphic oral but those might have been the ones Ofcom stomped all over claiming they were R18. After that SportXXX volunteered not to feature BG again and live shows stopped for a while. Then there were a couple of shortlived series, once a week, one featured Lolly. Some trailers blatantly broke rules and the series were not as spontaneous and relaxed as before.

After another gap SexTalk started up again, but it featured much less movement than before and was often one babe on her own shifting position for a couple of hours.

Strangely Ofcom are clearly OK about full on sex in its many forms and ejaculation on encrypted channels, provided penetration is not show, or genital contact, or semen leaving a penis (landing on a womans face is OK though), as the recorded material shows that night after night. But there seems to be a reluctance to show live material that approaches this strength, and it cant just be down to risk of showing too much.

Yes this Ofcom bunch are a bunch of sadistic cunts, the sad thing is they actually get pleasure out of other peoples misery, 2012 we're just not allowed to be happy anymore are we, anything that is slightly sexually arousing is a no no, the babe shows are hanging on for dear life by a thread if you ask me and every time Ofcom come calling they timidly go into submission just like a dog would with his master, what can you say other than let's hope that they survive because right now the outlook is bleak bladewave
