Holy Shit did you see the Dutch Cyclist crash during final descent went over handlebars at about 40 miles an hour must have been launched 8-9 feet in air before cracshing into gutter

On the BBC news, before showing highlights of the women's cycle race, they issued a warning that viewers may find some images in this report disturbing.
Nobody died, it was just a crash, and we know she's okay, maybe a little shaken up.
God forbid they show any boxing highlights, I don't think I could cope with seeing the bit where the man gets hit in the face
