RE: Formula 1 - HannahsPet - 12-12-2021 18:57 Wow still undecided Hamilton was robbed and why was Horner allowed to pressure the race director over the radio stinks to high heaven horner saying we need 1 lap and then suddenly they bring the safety car in can see this going to Court of Arbitration RE: Formula 1 - hornball - 12-12-2021 19:04 (12-12-2021 18:57 )HannahsPet Wrote: Wow still undecided And Toto didn't?? over virtual yellow etc come on!! Both teams and their principals have been at it all season long!! I agree with you that we may not have heard the end of it yet!! RE: Formula 1 - Tumble_Drier - 12-12-2021 19:04 I'm utterly gobsmacked by what I've seen today. I thought F1 had reached peak farce last week but this is a whole new level of stupid. RE: Formula 1 - hornball - 12-12-2021 19:07 I guess that given the type of season it has been, it was kind of inevitable that we would end with something like this!! RE: Formula 1 - Tumble_Drier - 12-12-2021 19:12 Both appeals rejected. That'll be a trip to CAS then. That's why Mercedes took a QC to the race. RE: Formula 1 - hornball - 12-12-2021 19:25 (12-12-2021 19:12 )Tumble_Drier Wrote: Both appeals rejected. (don't begrudge him that btw). RE: Formula 1 - hornball - 12-12-2021 19:33 Actually, if the Fia hadn't started to introduce so many unnecessary and stringent rules, and let them get on with it (within reason yes) we wouldn't be here. Both Lewis and Max in fairness to them, have given F1 some credibility back with their duel this year in the continued absence of racing (overtakes etc) elsewhere in the field. If only they were allowed to get on with it!!. I wonder how many of the current regs we could do without?? that exist away from the safety element?? Some may scoff, but roll on Formula e. overtaking, collisions etc, and in the main, minimal intervention from stewards juries or anyone else!! By the way 170+ mph in Formula e is not slow by any standard, but i digress! |
