Spies Of Warsaw - first shown in 2013, now repeated so I watched it on the I Player, its the first episode of two, set in 1937 and starring David Tennant as an attache at the French Embassy in Warsaw checking on German military movements near the Polish border. Complicated but absorbing with interesting information relating to the political situation in Europe at the time.

One Foot In The Grave. A brilliant 90's comedy. Richard Wilson and Annette Crosbie have great chemistry on screen. I like that even though Victor Meldrew seems like a miserable old man, there are scenes in which he shows compassion.
