Not many go from gawkish middle aged adult to being would-be PM of the UK either Tongue

So Boris' days as PM numbered?

It's not just the 160,000 Conservative members in the UK who are eligable to vote for the next PM, members of the the Conservatives Abroad organisation can also vote as well.

Membership of Conservatives Abroad is administered by the Cities of London & Westminster Conservative Association (CLWCA). By joining CLWCA as an overseas member, you become a member of the Conservative Party and of Conservatives Abroad. You are entitled to all the benefits of party membership, including participation in the Conservative Policy Forum, attendance at party conferences and a vote in the election of the party leader.

So you don't even need to live in the country.

This is tomorrow’s front cover of the Scottish edition of Mail on Sunday. All I can say is that at least the SNP are trying their best for Ukrainian refugees. Whereas, the UK government is abandoning any moral responsibility. Further, the Daily Mail/Mail on Sunday/MailOnline would rather refugees/asylum seekers/immigrants just rot and die.

Do the Tories not have any advisors. Last nights leaderships contest was manna for Labour.

now truss has bottled out of the andrew neil interview

RE: The Dubious World of Boris Johnson - Charlemagne - 26-07-2022 12:40

^ So she does have an advisor.
When your ahead in the race, why go on a show where the interviewer will rip your arguements to pieces.
Better to do a Boris and avoid Andrew Neil, and go and hide in a freezer.
