just for the record do you know if any other stations are being investigated?
I don't think any other babe channels are currently being investigated.
I haven't seen any recent Ofcom bulletins were they have stated that they will be launching a new investigation into something broadcast by a babe channel either .

Some people seem to be under the misapprehension that their sky subscription pays for bs which of course it doesn't. The viewers pay sky and then bs pay sky, it's the callers and picture and video buyers who pay bs, so these are the people who have the right to complain and they are the same people who can change things by not ringing if they are not happy, rant over.

How can I put this exactly. In the space of a month Babestation has gone from the undisputed top dogs to now a bloody awful channel. It really pains me to say it but I'll be honest, I think on the whole last nights show was horse shit.
I'm not blaming the girls as I know they're not to blame. I'm blaming the jokers who are now running this channel into the ground. I've praised this channel for a long time but its now reached breaking point.
As mr mystery has rightly posted BS are currently under no ofcom investigations so there is really no need to sink this once floating ship. Time to start the engines again I think.

DO you think its their way of reacting to S66 putting out late-night daytime? because Babestation's decline did seem to start to occur around the same time.
I just don't really see whats there angle here, if you water down your product and stop a certain section of your customer base from having access to your best product it gets you nowhere. Not like people are gonna rush out and get a freeview box, they will just change the channel.

my guess would be restructuring or a compliance from ofcom. its the only times ive seen this much of a change in output so quickly.
everything seemed to go tits up after that buyout went south.

Where's all the disgruntled Freeviewers complaining about not being able to see the exclusive Sky only show by Levi? You lucky people

Beth is doing her first bs night show for nearly a month tomorrow. She should breathe life back into the channel, there is no coincidence that the channel has gone downhill since she has been away.

The downturn seems to me to directly follow the infamous 'Cucumber' show, that we all held our breath and wondered what action, if any would be taken.
Since then on SKY - no more Dannii/ Lucy (they don't even appear on the same night now!), no 2-4-1's, no 'Fake Orgasm' shows, etc. etc.
It seems likely to me that Landlord SKY, got there ahead of OFCOM, and cautioned their Tenants to behave (and follow the conditions of their broadcast licence as an 'Advertising channel' ) or get booted off the SKY EPG, and into the broadcasting wilderness where few would find them.
SKY will be particularly sensitive to criticism at present due to all the political chatter about controlling exposure to pornography that is swirling around - particularly at election time.

Although it will indeed be good to see Beth back on tv,the question still remains about whether her show will be mainly shown on Freeview and this ludicrous tamed down tease shows are set to continue on Sky.making her return or any of their stronger performers no more useful than the latest non event of a show on Sky last night

No matter how many times people tell you that Sky does not regulate channels or control their content, you just refuse to listen and repeat the same ill-informed crap day after day. Quite bizarre. Can't you take on new information?
