^^^ It's feasible that BS has new staff, but why on earth would they decide out of the blue to have different levels for the Sky and Freeview platforms? It seems an odd thing for any production team to do, let alone new recruits.

It seems that some of the Babestation staff left for Sin TV a month ago and one of the girls even tweeted about a floor manager leaving. It's been mentioned previously in this thread and Mellie D has confirmed that Sin TV have ex-Babestation personnel. So could Babestation having a number of new staff and different people working on the shows now mean that there's been some realignment of production and the new staff are coming at things from a different angle?
Good point here Elgar, the sudden change at bs does seem to coincide with sintv launching, so can see why your saying this

sometimes new staff bring new ideas with them.

But this idea of taming one in relation to the other is completely non sensical and will only serve to highten the level of frustration of Sky viewers/callers more and more so that broadcasting on Sky becomes completely pointless, also if they have taken on new staff, you do have to wonder where they worked before, because BS has been a shadow of the channel they were in 2014,they have made some good signings but it looks as though despite a good end to last year, the current plan seems to be to ditch Sky in favour of Freeview and not even have the decency to provide a web feed, perhaps a better strategy would be to try i find out why Sky viewers are not calling instead of taming the show to such an extent that they wont want to.in summary taming shows does NOT!!! increase call stats, all it will achieve is to push them towards cheaper and more verbally, visually explicit rivals.

Jimmy I know you are passionate about this but as I said elsewhere Freeview viewers don't get it easy as they have restricted hours. Have you thought about emailing BS and constructively asking what they are doing and expressing your concerns. Might be a better approach than ranting in every post you do.
I'd like all viewers on all platforms to be happy.

I think a lot of us were hoping that the content might improve in light of the fact that no mention of BS was published in the latest ofcom bulletin. I also hoped that after DJNES's visit to meet the boss that he might have taken a lot of the criticism onboard but it appears to me that he never.
Jimmy I think I am to assume that every night you pull more and more of your hair out. A few years ago on this forum Mr Williams posted an open letter on this forum to Bangbabes, perhaps we could try and think of doing something similar with regards to Babestation.

Agree with that completely. But I don't think the situation will be left as it is now. In his recent Q&A on here the BS boss did imply that this was just an experimental stage (to gather data?) in a longer plan; he said that this was "the budget version" and that it was "a test to lead towards something different."
Now that quote's, admittedly, as vague as you like and open to interpretation but it would seem that the full plan is a costly way to make more money (it always is) and will, presumably, make better use of what they already have resource-wise (channels, licences, infrastructure, personnel, etc.).
I'd be VERY surprised if a web-version of any stronger feed didn't appear when they have finished with this preliminary stage for instance. (Putting one up now would impact on data gathering.)
Now, I must say, I don't agree with how BS are going about this but this is just my attempt to rationalise what is going on with them atm.
Ultimately, I think, what is hurting is that Sky viewers feel like neglected guinea pigs in the lab test with no idea what the nasty geezers in white coats are sticking to them!

While i would agree that i could email them unfortunately i doubt they will take notice of someone like me,i am getting more frustrated with each passing day,so i apologise if my rants have become annoying,i have been watching, calling BS right from its humble begginings on Sky so i do get passionate, but its rapidly turning to annoyance which is unlikely to be resolved by emailing them, particularly as the boss who spoke to DJ NES has not really made changes to any of the issues he said would be changing, also interested to hear your comment about restricted hours on Freeview, whilst i sympathise, surely a restricted hours show is much more bareable than an unnecessarily restrcted performance show that Sky viewers are expected to put up with at the moment.
