The anterior end of Karina's cleft of venus makes several fleeting appearances silhouetted against the horizon in such a way that would have resulted in a hasty facial close-up shot in the past. Is it part of their modus operandi to drip feed infinitesimal increments of naughtier content over an extended period so as not to frighten the horses? Or did Georgie's threat to hoof the buggers in the gonads concentrate their minds?
