I trust Sepp Blatter is suitably embarrassed. annoyed
Goal line technology indeed. Rolleyes
At least it seems to have woken England up.

Jesus, what a first half it finally turned out to be. England do need to sort their fucking defence out pronto tho 'cause it's a shambles. I imagine James will be doing his nut in the dressing room and RIGHTLY so!

I do genuinely think England can still win this match tho. I hope they don't let that piss poor decision re the goal get them down, and just get on with the game. Germany ain't invinsible - even Beckenbauer doesn't rate such a young and inexperienced team.

You can still do it lads.

(Now, I'm off to hide before my fellow Scotsmen throw stuff at me) laugh

Off the top of my head, so so many problems..

1. Manager having no second option - dare/will not change things (system).
2. Bad team selection(s) - playing players out of (best) positions.
3. Bad team system.
4. Bad substitutions.
5. Consistently playing players who have not performed (Rooney being a prime example).
6. Not starting with an experienced goalkeeper from the start.
7. (Our) team/players being shown for what we are - simply not good enough.

The majority of the above all stems from the useless and clueless manager.

England got what they deserve.

I'm afraid it serves us right for many reasons. One alarming one is disbanding the rule of NOT starting with a number of homegrown players in our natioanl league's starting eleven. Therefore improving every other bloody nations teams, whilst our own goes downhill. That's money and greed for you.

England were always destined for a big fall, with all the garbage i watched on sky sports news before the game, they had England through before a ball was kicked
