chicago bears (my team) won the monday night game 13-7 at home against detroit lions. our offense wasnt as prolific as it was last week vs jacksonville but it didnt need to be as our defence was fantastic. completely shutting down detroit until 30 seconds left in the game when they scored their touchdown

What a strange game, we looked rubbish on offence once we scored, yet our defence was their old spectacular selves.
Briggs, Urlacher, Tillman all had great games. 5-1 is not the worst start weve ever had...
Maurice Jones Drew is gonna be a huge loss for the Jags also!

funny moment on sky sports news this morning it showed some of the st louis rams cheerleaders been given a tour of wembley stadium. they were taken into the england football team dressing room which had the england players shirts hung up with the names and numbers visible, the person giving the tour said "do you recognise any of the players, have you heard of them?" to which the cheerleaders said "no"

well my team chicago had a stinker of a game today (sunday) yet somehow won 23-22. the bears were 19-7 down in the 4th quarter before scoring 2 quick touchdowns including a 6th defensive touchdown of the season to go 20-19 up. carolina then went 22-20 up on a field goal
the next bears drive jay cutler frove the bears up the field and robbie gould won the game with a 41yd fg with 4 sec left

Gooooooooooo Falcons! Looked impressive after the bye week. Must have had their arses kicked after what happened against the Raiders. Matt Ryan was like a surgeon.
