If he is dead, then his sister takes over and it's more of the same (unless she decides otherwise), if he isn't dead, it's business as usual. There won't be a regime change anytime soon, as their family are useful to some in the region, and to remove them would be too difficult due to the potential threat they pose. So either way their people will continue to suffer and nothing really changes.
I think South Korea are the ones to listen to, if they were to officially confirm he was dead, then it's very likely, HK, Trump and whoever else should be ignored, HK have their own agenda due to the connections between North Korea and China, and Trump, well, anyone who listens to him is a muppet. A lot of the tabloids are saying he's dead, which is a good sign that the story is likely to be untrue, but as I said, either way, nothing changes for the people of North Korea, which is the only tragedy in this whole situation.

There's even been a pic of Kim Jong-Un laying in an open coffin, which turned out to be a bad fake.
The latest buzz is that he's on his large yacht off the coast of Wonsam, to avoid him catching the corona Virus.
