I fail to see what the issue is. There was a channel that was quite literally called "Working Girls Live," which employed plenty of girls. The girls who worked for them clearly didn't object to that designation, or they wouldn't have taken employment with the channel.
Lilly never worked for that channel, but she was employed by "Red Light Central TV," so I can only imagine that she wouldn't object.
I wouldn't wish to second guess which terms the girls prefer as I believe it denies them agency but if other members of the forum find it objectionable, I shall use alternative language.
Incidentally, here is a video of said channel with two of their employees, "Lexi" and "Alana." The microphone is left on. See if you can hear what Lexi is saying at 00:03:30. Very sordid! ??

Most of these were from earlier in her illustrious career, which spanned almost a decade, before the stricter rules were introduced but as the clip below shows, she hadn't lost any enthusiasm in her twilight on the shows. Here is a clip, where despite there being plenty of distance between the camera and her groin, her arsehole is still visible!
