Yeah, Sexcetera is another channel which shows uncensored full frontal for at least half of the shots, sometimes brief open leg as well. It's like sometimes they blur those shots, and then sometimes they don't, but the full frontal shots usually are uncensored, when I watch at least. I've never seen a censored penis on that show though, and the last one I watched had a man with a blade through his shaft and balls, uncensored and gory.

What's funny is that Ofcom claim the teleshopping excuse or whatever, but if that was the case, then why allow any nudity at all? Also, where is the line between 18 level nudity in "Art films" or "Education" shows, and the adult channels??? We can't see full frontal on the adult channels, and even a brief glimpse can lead to a possible fine, yet we can see explicit open leg on some of the supposed education shows. Education shows which tell us how to take a dildo up the bum from our girlfriends bladewavebladewavebladewave

Interesting bunch, those Ofcom people are.

Exactly, it's purely arbitrary, and often on the flimsiest of grounds.

The Sex Education Show on Channel4 showed full frontal, close-up male and female genitals to under-age kids on the pretext of it being educational, then occupied a WH Smith for having the audacity to have lads mags on lower shelves where those same kids could see them!!

apparantly tv channels have to issue a warning that a programme may contain behaviour that may be imitated!!

Well it's been a good few days since my last post and rant Smile I've just come off a long stint of nightshifts you see, no telly or internet at work whatsoever, so I haven't seen any of the recent babe shows to pass comment but going by the caps and vids, it looks like I've missed fuck all Shy

I've just been through reading some interesting posts, I must admit continental's post caught my eye and it does spell out the word contradiction when it comes to ofcom. Here we have Jeremy Hunt a Liberal Democrat MP appearing to be possibly the main stumbling block between keeping ofcom and abolishing them. Keeping ofcom well there is nothing liberal about that but as we know obvious corruption is going on here, but to honest none of us will ever know the truth, the government is very good at covering this kind of stuff.

Back to all things ofcom related, to my disbelief Masti Chat has been found guilty of breaching rules on taste and decency or harm and offence as ofcom put it for showing too much cleavage. Yet you can watch more revealing outfits during the day on things such as live athletics or beach volleyball. It beggers belief. And once again this breach against Masti Chat was all on the back of yes you've guessed it. One single solitary complaint which ofcom in turn were all too happy to launch an investigation into.

How much cleavage was shown, like was there a nipple shown. Because if there wasn't whats their point exactly. I see some female presenters on BBC, ITV or SKY show lots of cleavage during the day, but has there been any issue from Ofcom about that, I would interested to know that

RE: Ofcom Discussion - Scottishbloke - 16-06-2012 20:12

I'm getting to the point now where I am seriously beginning to come up with something original here, it's the same old tired story with this ofcom lot. I haven't watched any babe channels this week due to work so I've allways checked back the caps the following morning when I've got home and then read all the comments.

What I don't get is how so many can be so easily pleased in what in effect has been mostly shit shows across the whole board of channels this week. Comments like great show and fantasic set, maybe it's just me and the cappers have missed all the good bit's or not posted them on purpose for fear of ofcom retribution but I very much doubt it.

Some of the models barely move these days let alone get their kit off. The shows are getting tamer and tamer yet so many seem oblivious to this fact and are perfectly happy with this watered down content night after night and then to read such a ridiculous complaint with regards to masti chat it does make you think just what hope have we got left for change, if tame shows are now being investigated just how tame do they have to be before all interest is lost in them altogether bladewave

Watching a late night babe channel these days just leaves you feeling disappointed with a sense of could have been doing something better here rather than wasting my time such as ie - sleeping as the bore factor reachs an alltime high.

Is so weird though that someone that is offended by the channels would straight away get out of their seat and straight away report to ofcom, they must have boring lives then if they choose to do that. Also it's strange how these 'victims' made there way to sky channel 900+, I know sometimes accidents can happen but the amount of petty complaints made to ofcom suggest that people are actually aware of these channels , they like it but they still like to make trouble, that's my view anyways.

RE: Ofcom Discussion - shan_123 - 16-06-2012 22:01

Oh perhaps it's Ayesha, jazz or shanti that made ofclown jump, especially when they do dirty chat cuz they tend to move around a lot and wear skimpy outfits. That's got to be the reason

I'm actually getting offended by people being so easily offended and complaining to Ofcom to ruin the majority of people's tv entertainment

RE: Ofcom Discussion - Scottishbloke - 16-06-2012 22:26

Yes there are people out there who get great pleasure out of complaining to ofcom and ofcom themselves must get a kick out of it too, they just love getting the channels in the shit and love to extort money out of the pockets of the channels whenever they feel they like it, no challenge is ever given against ofcom.

In a sense it's blatant robbery and easy money. To actually launch an investigation on the basis of one complaint should not be allowed to happen. Yes the people who complain are well aware of the channels and to be perfectly honest they probably don't offend them neither, but at the end of the day nobody should call the channels either because unless they are willing to take on ofcom the money which you spend calling into the shows effectively gets used to pay ofcom fines, the callers are actually funding ofcom without realising it.
