Just a continuation of last year. I've just cancelled my Sky Sports (Now TV) Subscription so I'm £32 a month better off. It's going towards a trip I've got planned this year which I will definitely enjoy more than this shite Big Laugh

I presume that Verstappen and his Red Bull are so quick they have completed all 26 grand Prix in about 5 seconds and won all the titles already RolleyesbladewaveRolleyes.

Red Bull are gradually imploding... the woman who made accuations about Horner is reported to have been removed from her position.

^Sacked by the Thais apparently. It'll end up in court and she'll win....and everything will come out.

Good to see a happy smiling face in the paddock instead of the grumpy ex champions.
18 year old Oliver Bearman was brought into the Ferrari team when Carlos Sainz was rushed to hospital with appendicitis.

He finished in 7th place.

RE: Formula 1 - Charlemagne - 10-03-2024 20:24

Apparently Bearman was so knackered at the end of the race that Lewis Hamilton had to help him out of the cockpit. Hamilton has praised him for finishing in 7th place after just one hours practice in the Ferrari.

I hear that momentum is gathering amongst the women of the USA.
They are refusing to buy Red Bull in protest of what has gone on there.

RE: Formula 1 - Tumble_Drier - 12-03-2024 21:32

^It's a pity they didn't refuse to buy it before now because it's vile, but better late than never I suppose.

RE: Formula 1 - Charlemagne - 25-03-2024 08:35

Yesterday's GP was the best race for ages...

Verstappen's early exit helped turn what would have been a procession into a proper race.
And his response was an exchange between him and the chief engineer.

And well done to Carlos Sainz going from being hospitalised in the last race to winning this one.

RE: Formula 1 - Charlemagne - 06-04-2024 15:42

I can't see the Japanese GP being exciting after Red Bull getting the front row positions.

So it will be nights sleep instead of of a two a clock start to watch the race.
