i havent been to the cinema in years. i've stopped buying CDs about five years ago. and i dont waste time watching the pointless bollocks on tv.
i think i'll up my boycott to include ALL american media - films, tv, music.

In the mean time, I now have over 2000 posts on this forum that now have dead links.
OK, I have 85% - 90% backed up on swap-drives. But I don't relish the task of re-uploading all those files to a new host again, and re-posting them.
That would take me months.
And as for The Hall of Fame. That's now dead in the water. 
But what about all those people that run a ligitimate business, and use the Maga sites as there storage facility. They have just impacted on hundreds of sites. Never-mind the average Jo Bloggs, that has just had all his family photo's and videos wiped out.
Shutting down sites in this manner without prior notice is just wrong.

As what happens with all these sites, it'll probally pop back up in a few days on servers that reside in a different country with all files intact

The dream situation would be Admin to set up a video hosting service where we could upload our babe channel videos to post on the forum. Very much like the image host he has now
The nightmare of doing such a thing, would be funding it.
Now if all the Babe Channels agreed to chip in and fund it, then it would solve the problem. They still get there free advertising. And we get a host to post our legal & ligitimate video's, without fear of the host being shut down.
I know it's only a dream. But I need something to cheer me up.

Now that Megaupload has gone, what will people be using?
I'll end up using Rapidshare, Filesonic and Fileserve I guess, but Megaupload was the one I used the most, so this sucks?
Anyone have a premium account with any of these sites?

i kept a document of all the MU links i still had to download which looks pretty useless right now. Still though id be surprised if they didnt all come back online at some point. There must be some loophole. and with all the money the owners apparently made from racketeering they should be able to afford some decent lawyers

Since the people who owned Megaupload have been arrested I'm not sure how they're gonna get the site going again from inside a prison cell, not to mention their assets have been seized, not only all their cash but all their files and even their domain names.
