Providence is still a really enjoyable episode and like you say builds up the storyline.

Do you guys know what episode I have to stop watching before I go and see captain America?
Ive been told that the film links into the series and if you don't watch captain America it wont make sense?
any ideas?

It does make sense if you dont watch it first . but watching it does enhance the story things happen and you will know why they are happening when they happen if you get what i mean. Thats what i did watched the episode first then watched Winter soldier then rewatched the episode again

get to the cinema before the episode "turn turn turn" is on channel4 next Friday 25th april at 8pm if you can tara. don't worry if you can't as you will still enjoy agents of shield next Friday for me it's the best episode of the series. will enjoy it even more if you can see winter soldier
regarding winter soldier, don't go when the credits start as there is a very good scene in the credits that sets up avengers age of ultron
