I'm criticising the decision to remove Bex from management, which I presume was taken for misguided philosophical reasons

They really seam to be struggling to get girls since Bex left, 1 day show and 1 night show in 6 days, it don't look good,
I think moving to 6 hour shows was a mistake as a lot of girls don't want to sit on cam that long and if it's a quiet day then that's a lot of there time for very little money,
