Andy Burnham is a waste of space had the mis- fortune to meet and speak to him a couple of times and the huge.... the North is being hard done to chip he has on his shoulder was even palpable then. I live in Manchester we are not following the rules as we have them now and the Mayor has no answer to why our area is recording such high numbers......saying the public is confused beggers belief and asking for ever more and more cash from the Government in Westminster to prop things up while at the same time not following rules or even threatening court action sullies the Mayoral office. They have chosen it make everything political now, check out the councils who are following the same route, Mcr, Liverpool, Nottm, Middlesbrough...its getting so bad now even the BBC have to put on their captions that the council are Labour run and controlled...
