yeah was in the leadership contest in 2015 that Corbyn won sure he came 2nd or 3rd then decided to run for greater manchester mayor he had been MP for leigh also was a major part of the Hillsborough campaign

At least I think he's doing a good job putting pressure on government over the virus

I don't want to cause major butthurt (oh who am I kidding, I'm going to cause butthurt regardless of my intentions Sad) but I have not brought a single mask during this pandemic, nor worn one. I'm not going to be a slave to the state. Don't get me wrong, I'm not going to actively cough in people's faces and I do maintain social distancing. But I refuse to wear a muzzle on my face.

There's a trial underway to see if a vaccine usually given to children to protect them from tuberculosis will help adults fight coronavirus

I remember back in spring they started trials to see if there was any validity in the BCG Vaccine combating Covid. If the UK are following suit now perhaps it showed real promise.
