also going forward I would suggest that if your going to purchase pre made videos off any creator ask them to send them videos over locked for the set price that way when you unlock it for whatever the cost is it will be saved in your purchased tab in the main page

I`ve lodged a claim with Onlyfans for my money back.I`ve included screenshots of DM`s between me and Caty. They clearly show broken promises of the video being sent. They have responded by advising me to ask one more time for the video. If nothing happens after a further 7 days, they will investigate further. Honestly, I`m not holding my breath.

Yeah best way is to provide as much information as possible I'd assume they won’t want to sully there name or platform and if she hasn’t provided the service that you’ve paid for then your well within your right to ask for your money back is how they should see it anyway, as said before fingers crossed for you dude and all the best
