People have forgotten that there's still a mystery to be solved on Arrow, now in the comics Adrian Chase was vigilante, but In Arrow we find out that Adrian Chase is really prometheus who in turn wasn't really Adrian Chase he just used the name. So the big question is who is really vigilante and before anyone thinks that the producers have forgotten they haven't lol.

Ep 23 "Lian Yu" Season Finale synopsis
The battle between Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Adrian Chase (Josh Segarra) culminates in a final epic battle on Lian Yu. The title says it all and with everything coming full circle from stuff from the past to the present and sometimes everything isn't as clear cut as it looks.
The flashbacks were class and for once it explains everything without spoiling anything everything again comes full circle.
Prometheus has once again proven why his one of best arrow villains his one fucked up guy am stick my neck out and say his probably the best arrow villain, his not only messed up but clever but his calculating in being one step ahead of Oliver. His been so manipulative in not just with Oliver but the rest of team and the people of Star City.
