Welcome to the Forum mate.
Sarah doesnt keep to a set shift pattern but can appear at any time during the week.So you've got to keep checking I'm afraid.
She will sometimes announce when she's next on towards the end of her shift.
I normally check at 5.30am (or Sky Plus does
) and then when the girls change shift at around 11.00/11.30am and then at 3.30ish/4.00 pm . Also keep an eye on BSDExtra (Ch910)Hope that helps
